Dr. Flowers is the owner of Restore, Rebuild, Reconnect Counseling Center in Omaha, NE. Her clinical experience includes: individual and family recovery in addictions, individual mood disorders, formerly incarcerated individuals reintegrating back into society, African American men, women and children. She is a licensed independent mental health practitioner, licensed alcohol and drug counselor with a PhD in counselor education and clinical supervision.
